What it is

KOVE’s group classes bring small groups of children together for guided, play-based sessions that build the social and communication skills which are hard to practise one-on-one — taking turns, sharing, listening, and making friends. Led by our specialists, groups are matched by age and stage so every child feels comfortable and included.

Who they’re for

  • Children working on social interaction and friendships
  • Building communication in real, peer settings
  • Growing confidence in group situations
  • Preparing for a preschool or school environment
  • Complementing one-on-one therapy

Frequently asked questions

How big are the groups?

Small — so every child gets attention while practising real peer interaction.

Are children grouped by age?

Yes, by age and developmental stage, so the group is the right fit for your child.

Can group classes replace individual therapy?

They complement it — some children do both, some just group. We’ll advise based on the assessment.

How do you decide which group suits my child?

A short assessment helps us match your child to the right group and goals.
